With the West loop and Fulton market developments reaching their peak, the developers eyed the Near West side as the next big location for mixed use projects. our client approached us with the intention of buying various vacant lots to develop new SF Homes and condo buildings along Madison St, Monroe St and Warren Blvd.
The process of lot procurement can be complicated but BURHANIDESIGN has a long history of experience in this area. We created an extensive master plan and design drawing package with renderings which acts as an aid and tool to gather local support and then apply for the land procurement which simplifies the application process.
The client received approvals from the local alderman and community for the project which is currently under review in the Department of Planning.
