Our clients approached us to check the possibility of adding a new rooftop deck over the garage adjoining their condo building.
We ran structural calculations, checked with zoning and the building code and developed a way to make this project possible. We gave a few options to the clients, out of which they finalized one which was best suited for their needs. The project is currently on hold.
