With the West loop and Fulton market developments reaching their peak, the developers eyed the Near West side as the next big location for mixed use projects. our client approached us with the intention of buying a large lot on Madison opposite the local public library and around the corner from United Center.
We proposed 2 large 8 Unts condo buildings with one large condo unit on each floor. We incorporated indoor outdoor living by providing large wrap around balconies facing Madison St. We provided roof top decks on top of the building as well as above the Garages giving ample of options for the Condo owners to enjoy outdoor living in the Windy city!
The client received approvals from the local alderman and community for the project which is currently under review in the Department of Planning.
