With an imposing red brick façade, this residential mixed-use building on Lawrence Ave was designed to hold 30 condominium units as well as secured parking and retail on the street level.
The interiors of each condo included private outdoor spaces and 10’-12’ ceilings. Every condo also had high-level standard finishes including hardwood flooring with water-based finishing and formaldehyde-free cabinets. The bathrooms had shower spas, while the kitchen area had an island kitchen, custom-made cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and premium fixtures.
The Architect of Record for this project is FitzGerald Associates Architects. Architect Shabbir Chandabhai was a part of the design team during his tenure with FitzGerald from 2003 to 2008.
