BURHANIDESIGN was commissioned to design a chiropractic clinic which was moving into a larger space due to a growing clientele.
The space had a large skylight which added a bright aesthetic to the space. To optimize this, we divided the space into two sections for a reception area and waiting room that would each have a portion of the skylight. The spaces were demarcated by a translucent glass panel so that the functions of both were clear without sacrificing natural light.
The doctor’s office and treatment rooms are designed to have more privacy. The use of earthy colours, warm textures, and close-to-nature shades were chosen to create a modern Zen look which is calming and appealing.
