Our client approached BURHANIDESIGN with a specific requirement in mind. They owned an existing Two unit rental building which they planned to demolish so they could build a new single-family home for their new family
We designed this custom home adhering to modern best practices, while keeping the exterior facade cohesive with the other buildings on that block.
The rooftop deck was accessed by an interior staircase leading to a small penthouse which the clients wanted that could be used as a private study. The rear garage was unique because we designed a full basement underneath the garage for the client’s storage needs. Another roof deck was planned above the garage and an outdoor fireplace was designed in the rear yard.
This custom SF Home was recently completed which has a total of 6 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms and large open Kitchen and Living Dining spaces for family gatherings and entertainment.
