BURHANIDESIGN collaborated on the project with partners Rivetna Architects, Inc. We assisted them in the design of a new 4 unit condo building on Chicago’s fast developing Clybourn mixed-use corridor.
All the condos open up to a central courtyard for additional light and ventilation as well as additional landscape. The balconies have unique front facing balconies with fins for views directed towards downtown and to channel the indirect light into the Living room. These features have made the condos quite popular with customers. A commercial space was designed at street level to accommodate a cafe or pizzeria to cater to the local residents.
The project is approved but is currently on hold, awaiting financial relief from the pandemic.
