BURHANIDESIGN has a great amount of experience with the complex processes and bureaucracy involved with procuring city lots. In the case of the West Warren lot for out sister development company, we first developed some schematic plans and renderings to present to the local Alderman and the community organization.
With the influx of recent development on the City’s near West Side, our development team put together a proposal to buy two city vacant lots to develop six new condos overlooking the United Center.
These proposals and building aesthetics were welcomed by both entities. After which we started the procurements process with the city’s Department of Planning. The project is currently under review in the City’s Department of Planning.
